Hon reser g\u00e4rna b\u00e5de till n\u00e4r och fj\u00e4rran l\u00e4nder och uppskattar olika kulturer. F\u00f6rutom Indien har hon bott i England, Hongkong, Thailand, Nepal, Filippinerna och sedan 2003 \u00e4r G\u00e4vle, Sverige, det hon kallar f\u00f6r &#8220;mitt hem&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shashi \u00e4r engagerad i lokala kulturella sammanhang, b\u00e5de som konstut\u00f6vare och \u00e5sk\u00e5dare, och har dessutom suttit i G\u00e4vle konstcentrums v\u00e4nners styrelse. F\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande \u00e4r hon aktiv styrelsemedlem i G\u00e4vleborgs l\u00e4ns konstf\u00f6rening. N\u00e4r tiden inte \u00e4gnas \u00e5t konst eller den egna familjen s\u00e5 \u00e4r l\u00e4ser hon, syr kl\u00e4der eller arbetar med lera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-very-light-gray-to-cyan-bluish-gray-gradient-background has-background\">Det \u00e4r i kreativitet och i kreativa t\u00e4nkbara l\u00f6sningar som jag finner min styrka f\u00f6r att kunna uppn\u00e5 mitt yrkesmandat som f\u00f6rskoll\u00e4rare. De tre byggstenar inom didaktiken VAD, VILKA, och HUR fr\u00e5gor har en viktig del i min roll b\u00e5de som konstn\u00e4r och f\u00f6rskoll\u00e4rare. Well-travelled to near and distant countries, she appreciates the value of different cultures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shashi finds her strength in creativity and the creative potential that we all carry within. When she is not busy with art and family or working with clay, the time goes to textile design and reading voraciously. She is an artist and spectator,&nbsp; and also a Board Member of the Gavleborg County Art Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>I enjoy challenges faced in my chosen profession as an early childhood educator exploring creative solutions to early childhood achievements.
