I enlighet med de m\u00e5l i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.skolverket.se\/sok-publikationer\/publikationsserier\/styrdokument\/2025\/laroplan-for-forskolan---lpfo-18-reviderad-2025\">l\u00e4roplanen f\u00f6r f\u00f6rskolan<\/a> (Lpf\u00f618 reviderad 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kidzatelj\u00e9 vill stimulera barnens utforskarlust Barn l\u00e4r i samspel med andra samt med sin omgivning, eftersom vi i min familj pratar b\u00e5de svenska och engelska kommer barnen att ha en naturlig tv\u00e5spr\u00e5kig milj\u00f6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vi vill h\u00e4mta inspiration fr\u00e5n fantasin och skapargl\u00e4djen genom att:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Skapa en l\u00e4rande milj\u00f6 d\u00e4r barn \u00e4r delaktiga i utformningen av sitt l\u00e4rande.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pedagogisk genomt\u00e4nkt milj\u00f6 som vilar p\u00e5 didaktiska grundfr\u00e5gor s\u00e5 som vad, varf\u00f6r och hur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medveten n\u00e4rvaro d\u00e4r barn k\u00e4nner sig delaktiga och sedda utifr\u00e5n deras behov.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Att skapa kulturell identitet och utveckla k\u00e4nslan av tillh\u00f6righet i det globala samh\u00e4llet genom att utveckla respekt f\u00f6r andra kulturer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Att skapa medvetenhet till ett h\u00e5llbart l\u00e4rande och v\u00e4rdegrund f\u00f6r medm\u00e4nsklighet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Str\u00e4va mot b\u00e4ttre pedagogik genom reflektion, utv\u00e4rdering och trygghet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uppmuntra till tv\u00e5spr\u00e5klighet; Svenska\/Engelska i verksamheten och p\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt skapa b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r kommande skol\u00e5r i det globala medborgarskapet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00e5ra delm\u00e5l<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e5ngkultur och lika v\u00e4rde<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi l\u00e4r barnen att respektera allas likheter och olikheter samt k\u00e4nna sj\u00e4lvrespekt och respekt f\u00f6r andra i enlighet med barnkonventionens riktlinjer. Barn fr\u00e5n andra kulturella bakgrunder \u00e4n den svenska skall kunna utveckla sin kulturella identitet och sitt modersm\u00e5l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spr\u00e5kutveckling<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi hj\u00e4lper barnen att utveckla sin f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga till kommunikation, symboliskt t\u00e4nkande och fantasi. Genom lekfullt pedagogiska aktiviteter med barnen s\u00e4tter vi spr\u00e5ket i centrum dagligen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Emotionell utveckling<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kidzatelj\u00e9 vill hj\u00e4lpa barnen f\u00f6rst\u00e5 olika k\u00e4nslor, hos sig sj\u00e4lva och andra genom \u00e4mnesintegrerade aktiviteter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Individualitet<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kidzatelj\u00e9 vill hj\u00e4lpa barnen utveckla en god sj\u00e4lvk\u00e4nsla, sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndighet och ansvarsk\u00e4nsla. De skall kunna uttrycka k\u00e4nslor med hj\u00e4lp av olika aktiviteter och p\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt se och utveckla valm\u00f6jligheter och kunna ta initiativ f\u00f6r eget l\u00e4rande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Empati<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi hj\u00e4lper barnen f\u00f6rst\u00e5 sin omgivning, sina medm\u00e4nniskor och sig sj\u00e4lva samt hur man respekterar andra p\u00e5 ett empatiskt s\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trygghet<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kidzatelj\u00e9 vill hj\u00e4lpa barnen k\u00e4nna tillit till barngruppen och pedagogen samt k\u00e4nna till lokalen och n\u00e4rmilj\u00f6n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nyfikenhet<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kidzatelj\u00e9 erbjuder barnen att utveckla sin f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att leka, l\u00e4ra och skapa. Vi uppmuntrar \u00e4ven barnen att uppt\u00e4cka och anv\u00e4nda matematik och enkla naturvetenskapliga fenomen i olika sammanhang genom att uppmuntra dem att st\u00e4lla m\u00e5nga fr\u00e5gor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Social utveckling<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kidzatelj\u00e9 erbjuder barnen ett konstruktivt s\u00e4tt att umg\u00e5s med andra barn, l\u00e4ra sig f\u00e5 och beh\u00e5lla v\u00e4nner och att uppskatta och respektera olika kulturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Samarbete<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kidzatelj\u00e9 vill hj\u00e4lpa barnen att l\u00e4ra sig att samarbeta genom lek, kommunikation och gruppaktiviteter samt hj\u00e4lpa dem att utveckla f\u00f6rm\u00e5gan att hantera konflikter genom att kommunicera med varandra f\u00f6r att hitta l\u00f6sningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delaktighet<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kidzatelj\u00e9 vill ge barnen m\u00f6jlighet att uttrycka sina \u00e5sikter och att p\u00e5verka verksamheten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ansvar<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kidzatelj\u00e9 vill l\u00e4ra barnen hur deras handlingar p\u00e5verkar v\u00e5r omgivning. Barnen skall l\u00e4ra sig att ta ansvar f\u00f6r gemensamt material oberoende av inne eller utemilj\u00f6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grov och finmotorik<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Genom att erbjuda olika \u00f6ga-hand koordination, balans och kroppsuppfattning i form av idrott, lek och dans samt skapande aktiviteter vill Kidzatelj\u00e9 hj\u00e4lpa barnen att utveckla sin egen f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Naturen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kidzatelj\u00e9 vill l\u00e4ra barnen en respektfull och omt\u00e4nksam inst\u00e4llning till naturen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Goals-and-philosophy\">Goals and philosophy<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>We strive to support and stimulate our children\u2019s lifelong learning according to their interest and abilities and in keeping with the objectives of the Swedish national preschool curriculum (lpf\u00f6 18): https:\/\/www.skolverket.se\/publikationer?id=4001<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Learning Joy and Inspiration<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kidzatelj\u00e9 works to create a mindful learning environment where children feel involved, are heard, and help inform the design of activities in which they engage. Our pedagogical environment is informed by fundamental didactic questions of what, why and how; we also:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promote awareness and respect for sustainable learning and for a wider humanity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a positive learning environment in which children can confidently participate in personal reflection and evaluation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encourage bilingualism to help equip children with tools to become global citizens and thrive when transitioning into school!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Language Development and a Bilingual Education<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We help children develop communication skills, symbolic thinking, and imagination through playful educational activities with a common focus on language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While encouraging each child to take pride in their personal cultural identities, we promote a sense of belonging and respect for a wider global community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As children learn through interaction with others, their care in natural bilingual Swedish and English-speaking household will help them consolidate language bases equipping them to thrive in wider communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Multiculturalism and Equality<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We teach children to respect differences and feel self-respect, in keeping with CRC guidelines. Children of minority ethnic heritage are presented with opportunities to consolidate their cultural identity, speak their mother language and share cultural learning with others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Emotional Development \u2013 Individuality and Empathy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kidzatelj\u00e9 wants to help children better understand their emotional make-up through topic\u2013integrated activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We support children in developing a healthy self-esteem, independence and a sense of responsibility. Our aim is to help them learn to take decisions through equitable negotiation with peers, express emotions through a range of creative activities and take initiative to direct their own learning. We also help children learn to empathetically understand their environment, the needs of fellow citizens and their own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Security<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kidzatelj\u00e9 encourages children build skills to play, learn, create and discover our world. We encourage them to ask questions while exploring natural phenomena in outdoors and indoors environments to raise awareness of simple science and mathematical concepts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Social Development<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer children a constructive way to socialise with peers so the can learn to develop, appreciate and respect friendships with children from a range of socio-economic, cultural backgrounds, physical and mental experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Collaboration<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kidzatelj\u00e9 helps kids learn to work together through play, communication and group activities, actively helping them develop skills to negotiate conflicts through positive communication with an aim of finding solutions benefiting all parties concerned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Active Participation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kidzatelj\u00e9 creates opportunities for children to express their views and find a constructive voice to help shape their learning environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Learning Personal Responsibility<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kidzatelj\u00e9 strives to make children aware of how their actions affect their surroundings.
